Fall Pricing: $815 $795 with $150 due at time of registration.
Please note we can accommodate those who can’t make it to class in person by sending a recording of the class. However, due to CNE policy you will not be able to claim the CNE credits for any class you can’t attend in person. We would prefer that you do it in person as much as possible, but also want to be flexible as we know life happens. As a reminder the CNEs can be used toward becoming board certified as a holistic nurse should you choose to do so. More of this information is covered in the intro class.
Introduction to Holistic Nursing
This course provides an introductory understanding of holistic nursing and practice including: Models of healing presence, Evidence-based research on mindfulness and meditation, Guidance for developing mindfulness through mindfulness, generative, and guided imagery. Attendees will leave with holistic tools they can use in practice as soon as class is completed.
This class provides 6 CNE contact hours.
Acupressure Toolkit for Nurses
This course explores the principles, techniques, and applications of acupressure, part of the ancient healing system of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupressure training empowers providers to effectively apply a non-invasive integrative therapy for promoting wellness and alleviating common symptoms. This course provides training for 4 basic acupressure protocols that can treat pain, stress, insomnia and restore balance physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This class provides 12 CNE contact hours.
Light Touch Massage with Energy Principles for Nurses
Massage is a powerful healing tool. The Massage with Energy Principles course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of massage therapy techniques nurses can use within their scope of practice. Combined with the principles of energy work. This course explores the integration of touch therapy with energy modalities to enhance the healing potential of massage in your daily nursing practice.
This class provides 6 CNE contact hours.
